Energy Saving Glass
We only use EcoClear glass (R)
which has been especially created to provide the
very best energy savings. EcoClear is a high
performance, energy efficient double-glazed unit
which enables you to save money on your heating
bills as well as reduce carbon emissions.
Unbelivably it's made out of 33% recycled glass.

Frame
Corners
Our windows have mortise & tenon
joints to their frame corners. This not
only strengthens and improves the frame's
durability, but it eliminates costly
on-site removal of horns and the need to
re-treat and re-prime what would be an
exposed cut end-grain. |

Security
Your property’s security is of the
highest importance to us. We use
Stainless steel hardware which has been
approved by the British Board Agrément
(BBA) and is licensed as ‘Secure by
Design’. All locks and ironmongery
comply with BS7950 enhanced security
specification.

Glazing
beads
Glazing
beads are supplied as standard with
invisible fixings which ensure that even
the worst elements are unable to
penetrate the timber. |

Cills
Cills
take water away from structural openings
and are designed with anticapillary
grooves to allow water to drain away on
their underside. Our cills (in sizes:
90, 120, 145, 180 and 210 mm) are glued
and screwed to the window frame and then
finished with a silicon sealant at the
joint. |

Stain or Paint
All our frames are fully finished with
at least four coats applied of the
highest quality micro-porous stain or
paint which allows the wood to breathe.
Colour samples are available on request
– and we can provide a stain to match
most requirements as well as paint the
product to any RAL colour (the industry
standard for over 70 years) or to a
sample swatch you provide – at no
additional
cost.

Preservation
All
our timber components are vacuum
injected after final machining with
preservative whilst the end-grains are
given additional treatment to add extra
protection in areas that are more at
risk. This ensures the wood does not rot
and enables us to give a 30 year
guarantee.

Weatherstrip
Our
heavy-duty weatherstrip is made with a
resilient inner core, sheathed in a
tough embossed outer cover. It is
resistant to abrasion, U.V. light, and
water.

Ventalation
A Headvent Ventalation System
can be fitted to all windows to meet current
Building Regulations.
